The first Czech Numerary is Monsignor Vladimir Feldman, He was director of Netherhall House London for many years, he was ordained in Rome and then became the priest at Netherhall. He left Opus Dei, and was incardinated into the Diocese of Westminster. He knew Escriva well, and has been highly critical of Opus Dei. He has gained great prestige within the diocese and was consequently made Monsignor.
